tender or dock?

Can someone please tell me whether the Carnival Legend and/or Valor tender in Grand Cayman, or do they dock?

Grand Cayman has no dock for cruise ships... at least not yet.

 

Plans to construct dockage space for up to 4 cruise ships are in the planning phase. Publically discussed plans call for first constructing space for two ships and then later space for two more.

 

Once construction begins I would estimate at least one year before the facilities are ready for the first two ship dock.

 

Assuming this plan goes to completion this would still leave some ships tendering on busy days.
