What was your first meal after returning

It is Tex-mex;however, I don't have to be getting off of the ship to crave it.

Since it was about 12:00pm and it had been a little over 3 hrs since we had eaten bfast on the ship, we stopped at Cracker Barrel north of Houston...

 

Had grilled chicken tenders, baby carrots and hashbrown casserole.

 

Not dining room quality, but it was good.

We had TGIFriday's in Tampa International Airport. While the food was great, it was traumatic to see prices and have to pull out the card to pay for it!

Let me see, did we even eat? Did we feed the kids? OY! We have been home now for 6 days (we did Disney after the cruise) and I think we made two frozen pizza so far, but that is about it. The garbage can is full of boxes and cans. The fridge has milk, bread and eggs.

 

Man, I hate coming home! I will actually be making Thanksgiving dinner though, so maybe that will get me back in the grove of things.

We usually stop for Chinese. On our one Celebrity cruise, we didn't have Italian at all on the cruise, so we had a real craving for spaghetti and meatballs.

Everytime I go on vacation my best friend does the "breakfast angel" thing she delivers all the stuff needed for the first breakfast at home.... milk, juice english muffins or bagels/cream cheese.. what a God send
