Azamara cruisers:

 

We have a cruise booked on Journey for 8/09.

Can you tell me how the beds are?

 

DH had a few health issues and requires a soft bed - one that you can just sink into. We need to know what to expect - whether to ask for a special help, like an egg crate matress, etc.

 

Are the beds soft or very firm?

Just returned from Journey today. The beds in our cabin were quite firm but old so they hammocked a little. I slept well, however.

I cannot sleep on a hard mattress so always ask the steward to make up the bed with an extra foam mattress which makes the bed very comfortable.
