Michigandergrl Posted March 6, 2009 #51 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Thanks for the review. We have a week left and we're off. The tender issues concern me a little since we have a excursion booked for cave tubing in Belize. I just hope we can get off the ship in time to make the trip. Dr. Jack Daniels Posted March 6, 2009 Author #52 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Was there deck party? I know alot of people think these are outdated and corny, but I like them. On Wednesday night there was a bath robe party on the Lido deck. Started at 9:30 with music. At 11:30 the Mexican Buffet opened up and at 11:45 there are fun and games. I'd wait til later to arrive. luvchrist Posted November 17, 2009 #53 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Thanks for this review Dr JD - nice meeting you and your family! We were part of the 14 crazy canucks that were on your cruise! I am waiting for Cruise Critic to post my Legend review - should have done it like yours. They are pretty busy and a little behind. I totally concure with your take on the tender mess..! We were in cabin 4224 - deck 4 aft and I was "green" a couple of times. (Not enough to keep me down and out though). We did a snorkle tour and Caye Caulker thru Coral Breezes which acts as a local tour wholesaler and were happy with the service. In Grand Caymen we did an awesome snorkle/sting ray with Moby Dick - highly recommend these guys! And as per Fabster's review - all our entrees in Truffles were luke warm and any beef dish was a disappointment. Pork and Fish were decent and at least the soups were hot. Calgary Cruiser thanks for your info, i just booked in room 4224 for a cruise in may of 2010. did that room have a good view from the balcony? thanks for your help!!
