Cab At Pier

My DH has a mobility problem and only able to walk short distances without rest. Does anyone know if you can get a cab right as you get off the ship in Aruba or do you have to walk a distance to get one.

There is a taxi parking area right at the pier. However, there was a line of passengers and no taxis when we were there last week. We waited for about 15 minutes, in a line of about 10-12 people ahead of us, and then walked two blocks to the bus terminal and took the bus.

 

There may have been more taxi service later in the day, but I didn't see any.

That is def not the norm.

Most mornings you will find the cabs lined up to greet you.
