Linking reservations with other travelers

Hi

we are in three different rooms on the Solstice. On the Celebrity website there's a link to "link with other travelers." We all want to eat at the same table. It makes sense to me that this is the way to do it- right? Should our TA do it or can I just type in the reservation #s? Thanks!

We too are traveling with other couples, we always have our TA link our reservations together. We have never had any problem with this and sometimes we have had up to 6 cabins and we were all able to sit together.

You should be able to link it. But, ask your TA to follow up.

Hi,

Just go to the Celebrity website, to "My Reservations" pull down "Manage my reservation". see "Link with other travelers" (lower left of page).

There you can add other reservations ( one at a time) by reservation number.

You must have all reservation numbers ready.

then go back to your own "My reservations" etc.. to verify the links are noted.

Yes, many of us use the celebrity.com site to linkup. You can select either Dining, Hotel and/or Air with another passenger. There are six lines for it.

Sometimes if you have a Travel Agent handling your booking, you cannot make changes to your reservation yourself (other than purchases - shore excursions, specialty dining, etc) - your travel agent needs to do it.

Make sure that each of the reservations is linked to the others.

I could not do it. Had to email the travel agent.

I linked several friends before I transferred my booking over to my TA,

now after I don't see it nor can I add my friends. :(
