Yes, there are lockers to rent at Atlantis. Don't know the price, but they exist.

The beaches are fine. They are located on Cabbage Beach, which is the same beach that the RIU and Ocean Club are situated on. (there's a free entry point about 1/4 mile east of the property if you don't want to pay to use the Atlantis beach).

 

As for transportation, you can either take a cab for $4pp (plus $1 toll) or take a ferry ($3) and walk 2 blocks to the hotel.

 

This time of year, the waterpark, beaches and pools close at 5pm.

 

After the beach, there's the casino, a movie theatre (free) and bars/clubs.
