We are in a mimi suite and are wondering how we are able to get this? When we are departing in our suite the 1st day , do we have to ask for it?

Stewart should bring you one each when you arrive in your cabin.

If not just hunt him down. :D

But it is not worth wasting your time for it if when you get into your cabin the steward is off-duty. A card on your cabin desk gives the steward's name and his/her cell # and times on-duty. Leave a message or ask any crew member hanging out in the passage way.

When our steward forgot the 2 welcoming glasses of champagne, we simply asked about it and he quickly brought a whole bottle! If your cabin steward(ess) forgets, just remind him/her and hint that a whole bottle of bubbly would be nice... ;)

Just for mini suites and full suites. Nothing to do with Captain's Circle status, just category of stateroom booked.
