NO more dieting!

Hello ladies!

I have not been on here for a long time but wanted to share something with you.

For many years, I have dieted. My weight has yoyo'd, and my life revolves around diet, cruise/holiday, gain weight, diet, cruise/holiday, gain weight...and so it goes on and on!

I have tried EVERY diet there is. From WW to Atkins, Low fat low carbs, you name it I have been there.

Having had a miscarriage this year, my mood varied and at first I went at diet and exercise with a vengence, and later, piled it on yet again.

I have felt tired, lethargic and just so sick of dieting it completely wore me out!

A friend of mine has been nagging me now for the past two years to just try her way of life. Finally, ten days ago, I gave in!

She runs a clinic called http://www.penninghame.com where she does intensive courses, these courses include an introduction into the macrobiotic way of eating and living.

Maria, my friend, has persuaded me, that firstly my business wont close down if I take ONE hour off each day, and secondly, to come down to her clinic every day for lunch.

Lunch is a three course meal. It is now my main meal of the day.

To start with I had a Swedish Massage Detox and therapy, which was three hours of pummeling! I lost 4lbs overnight! (and it stayed off!)

Over the course of the last ten days, my weight has continued to drop very steadily. The most important thing however is my whole new approach to foods. I feel full all the time, never hungry, always satisfied, full of energy and vitality, and my skin and hair is already improving vastly.

I am absolutely over the moon with this, and wanted to share it with you.

Just a thought, for those of you who have been there, done it...this is most definately worth a try! This is NOT a diet! This is a way of life. It is all based on natural foods, no sugars, chemicals, etc.

I know, I am having it easy having my meals prepared for me every day, BUT I am still learning and taking on board the recipes and meals. This is a life long way of eating and cooking.

NO more dieting for me!!!
