Candles

Has anyone experienced the new outdoor dining venue - Candles on the Wind Spirit or Wind Star?

Since noboby replied yet, I'll throw in the exprience we had on the Windsurf.

Candles is set up by the pool area aft.

They set up a pretty good size charcoal grill and give you a Choice of a couple steaks or fish skewers if I remember correctly. They did not know how to cook rare or medium rare. The only drawback is some tables are in the wind if you are at sea and food gets cold quickly.

We ate there two times, the first we were pretty sheltered near the pool bar and it was much better than when we were directly aft of the pool.

The steaks were not prime but pretty decent. You also get a baked potato, and a salad. Of the 4 dining options on the Windsurf this was my

least favorite...
