costpenn Posted March 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Hey all - yesterday booked a 4 day on Celebrity calling at Cozumel on April 4. We did Nachi Cocum back in 2005 and it was the highlight of our trip. Tried to book last night through "cozumelcruiseexcursions.com" and they said they're completely booked - not even accepting walk ups. I know we tried on short notice, but from the rate we got on the cruise and the "ship in port calculator" thingy - it sounds strange. Is there a preferred booking agent to be used when trying for NC? Also, if it is in fact full, what other beaches are the most like Nachi (i.e. all inclusive, same feel) - we're two adults wanting to enjoy the day fueled on margaritas and soft sand.. Thnaks in advance!!!!

cks Posted March 5, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 5, 2009 If you count all the threads with Nachi Cocom in the title on the Cozumel boards, you'll see why they're sold out. Mob mentality I guess. It's the place everyone thinks they have to go now. One of the many reasons I chose not to go there. I'm sure it's a wonderful place, but it sounds like it's awfully crowded these days. 2PinaColadas Posted March 5, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Try booking through Island Marketing. If that does not work, they probably have a group renting it out or something. We loved it there. I hope it works out for you.
