fortheloveofcruise Posted March 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Hi all, We were just given our cabin assignment for our upcoming cruise, and we were given cabin VA 6002, which is a triple (which we need), however it is a wheelchair accesible cabin!?! I feel a little uncomfortable knowing we are in this room, and there may be someone else out there who needs it! What happens in a case like this? Does anyone know? Would be be downgraded to a lesser cabin? I just dont feel right knowing we are in this cabin (since we infact do not need the accesibility) since someone may need it and there are so few accesible cabins on board. jtl513 Posted March 5, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2009 You booked a guarantee and were assigned that one? Then no one else booked it, and that's where HAL wants you. It's highly unlikely (IMO) that someone that needs an HC cabin would wait until 15 days to sailing to book. Don't worry about it. Enjoy your cruise! :)
