What are the not-to-be missed activities, shows, etc for youth on the Ruby ?

My pre-teen and teenage children are lucky enough to have already been on several cruises, (RCCL and Celebrity). So now we are ready to try Princess.

We'll be on the Ruby in a few weeks and wonder what activities, shows, food, unusual places, etc we should be sure and check out on a Princess ship.

Any information on the Youth and Teen program would be appreciated too. Thanks so much !
