Help pick a cabin on the Gem

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We stayed in 11022 last year. We LOVED it. That end of the hallway was very quiet. 11022 was below the library so no noise from above either. In addition, the cabin is close to the elevators/stairs without being too close or noisy.

I found that the cabin stewards to be far above average; It seems like because of the AB penthouse suites in the area they assign more experienced staff to the whole section of cabins.

Next week we are cruising again on the Gem and I booked my parents (first time cruisers) into 11022 since I knew it was in a good location (we booked 11020 for ourselves).

Have fun!

Hope you understand that the AF is not a suite, but a deluxe balcony, no matter what they call it.

As to best room, go to ncl.com and look at the floor plans. Open two windows, one with your deck and one with the deck above it to see what is above you.
