Concierge Service

We had it on the Serenade in September. It was a room that you got a special card to get access to. The room itself had several small tables and chairs and a great view.

The concierge was in the room for a few hours a couple of times a day. They had snacks and coffee and hot chocolate etc in the mornings and in the afternoon, they had an open bar type setup with snacks etc. It was serve yourself. I saw lots of wine but did not check much beyond that. There was usually several people in there enjoying drinks. The concierge also helped us with our shore excursions and I believe he will make dinner reservations (Chops, Portofinos etc.) and spa reservations for you.

Mostly, I just went in there to get hot chocolate to take back to the room. He did help my DH with his tie on one of the formal nights. Very nice guy.

Hope that helps,,,
