all inclusive tours?

OK, I bought a cruise on the Navigator and low and behold, the web site says it has all inclusive tours. They it also says that it for new bookings. My question, can I get all inclusive tours? After all, I have my money tied up already and am looking forward to our cruise. Will I qualify for these tours, or not.

You can get the free and reduced price excursions new bookings get but it will not happen automatically. Have your travel agent contact Regent. Hope this helps.
