Departure Ports?

I am looking all over but I cannot find any cruises that leave for Jamaica from other ports. I was hoping to find one from the east-coast but all I can find is Florida. We have people who are afraid to fly (but do cruise) that would like to go, but the bus tickets to Florida are looking a bit expensive. We hope to make this or destination for our 2010 vacation. Just seeing if anyone knew of a cruise line that leaves from anywhere closer to Philadelphia NYC going to Jamaica. Thanks!:D
