Does it matter if you print your luggage tags in black & white?

Black and white is fine... Most ships have a bar code reader that is links to the reservation system. That, and the cabin number is all that's necessary!

To add.... We always suggest to use personal address labels you can stick on the luggage with your mailing address. no need to fill in by hand if you have those around the house !

This will be our first time with the printed off luggage tags. What is the best way to attach them to your luggage so they don't come off?

 

We will be flying in and will attach them after we get our luggage off the plane.

We go to the trouble of laminating them, punching a hole near the top then using cable ties to attach to the luggage handles. Some people use clear packing tape in place of lamination. Others do just what CCL's instructions say: fold them and staple them in place. All work just fine.

Take clear packing tape and reinforce them before you leave....I just suggest using a stapler (you should be able to get one while at the airport) and attach to handles or you can always make a hole for a tie strap to attach to the luggage handles.......
