City Tour-Bannister-Water Taxi

I'm going on the NCL Spirit the end of March and there will be three boats in that day.

 

My thought was to book a city tour at port, then water taxi to bannister island for the rest of the day.

 

I don't seem to find tour group yet that does this type of trip, yet. Will it be easy enough to do when we get there? Would we save to wait?
