Anyone been on Celebrity Solstice ship with children under 5?

We have stuck wth RCCL for the past few years but now I am contemplating going on the Aquanox next year, which is the sister ship of the Solstice, mainly because it is a new ship, food sounds a lot better than RCCL lately. I am afraid to book it because I am not sure how kid-friendly this ship or Celebrity overall is. Are the restaurants too uptight for a 4 year old boy? DS has been to upscale restaurants and we try to keep him entertain but that is a once a year effort because it is not very easy to do that, he gets bored easily.
