4 X-MAS BAZAAR

Most of the stores located on the main street will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The main street will be closed for all traffic from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

There will be live Entertainment throughout the main street (Caya Betico Croes) and shopping malls: Seaport Mall, Seaport Market Place and the Royal Plaza Mall.

The stores located in the shopping malls will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Stores will have incentives, special gifts, raffles at all shopping malls.

5 SAINT NICOLAS DAY

Adults and children celebrate annually the birthday of Sinterklaas (Sint Nicolas). Traditionally, Sint Nicolas arrives with his "Zwarte Pieten" (helpers) at the Paardenbaai Harbour in Oranjestad just before his birthday to greet the children of Aruba and reward them with gifts for their good behavior during the year. Grown-ups may also be treated to an unexpected gift or two.
