Spirit -- Dinner on departure night.

We are booked onto the 14 day (9 days + 5 days) Norwegian Spirit cruise of the southern Caribbean on February 27, 2005. Departure time from Miami is 8:00 pm. We were wondering how the ship handles dinner on that evening with the late departure time. Any experiences so far?

Good news, dinner is served 7 days a week in all restaurants on the Spirit without exception, in port, Miami or otherwise.

Above post is correct, also don't worry about your attire as many passengers don't get there luggage till late. So you can go as you are. Enjoy she is a beautiful ship.
