PunkinsDad Posted March 18, 2009 #53 Share Posted March 18, 2009 Bourbon, neat. Not much of a foo-foo drink guy, but I do enjoy the Whiskey Sours on Carnival. Always try to snag several at the Capitan's reception and Past Guest Party. :D

Le Cruiser Posted March 19, 2009 #58 Share Posted March 19, 2009 On board the ship, I love the Fun Ship Specials, Miami Vices, Frozen Rum Runners and the occasional Strawberry Daiquari. But if I'm in any bar, order me up a Vodka & 7up with a twist of lime, Smirnoff Blue, please. Just can't get into the taste of the top shelf Vodkas (Grey Goose, Absolut, etc). CorbinCatFan Posted March 19, 2009 #59 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Gimme a Bushwacker please!!! My friend makes good ones, but besides him, I cannot get one anywhere else than in the Caribbean or on a cruise ship. So sad :( :( :( Yes, I do love the Bushwacker's from Paradise Point in St. Thomas (http://paradisepointtramway.com/index.php). I do get a Funship Special the first day on ship but from then on it's Johnny Walker Black and water.:D

Crusin Karen Posted March 21, 2009 #75 Share Posted March 21, 2009 "Stash" in our cabin: white wine spritzers because it keeps me "mellow" thru the evening but doesn't give me the dreaded headaches and cotton mouth in the morning. But for a SHIP drink, I will second Melon Ball....had to get to page 3 until someone mentioned it! Also available at the Capt's Party and very easy and "economical" to make at home. I made a punch bowl of them last Easter-it was the "perfect Easter color" and of course, that is the ONLY reason I made them. :p :p
