Help with specials

Sorry to ask this question,but I've searched and can't seem to find an answer. Doesn't NCL have a special time and phone number to call for certain sales? Like the "cocktail hour" sale. I believe I had this before, but along with a lot of other things, it seems to have slipped my mind!:rolleyes:
