can someone point me to a resource that breaks NCL's fleet down by ship type?

 

I like to read about stuff like that: ship statistics, history, etc..

How about a list of ship names you could google each individually?

 

Norwegian Majesty, Majesty class, no sisters *soon to leave the fleet

 

Norwegian Spirit, Superstar Leo class, sister Superstar Virgo

Norwegian Sky, Sky class, near sisters Norwegian Sun, Costa Victoria

Pride of America, Pride of America class, no sisters

Norwegian Star, Star class, sister Norwegian Dawn, panamax size

Norwegian Jewel. Jewel class, sister Norwegian Jade, panamax size

Norwegian Pearl, Pearl class, sister Norwegian Gem, panamax size

 

Norwegian Epic, Epic class (F3), no sisters *sister option cancelled

Click on Norwegian Cruise Line on the left and then click on each ship listed. It is the web cam from the ships. On the right it lists the year it was built, any former names, tonnage, length, width, etc.

I always thought those four ships were all Jewel class, no?

Frankly, I consider all of the panamax size ships the same, they have the same engine plant and hull. But there are slight differences, the Star and Dawn do not have courtyard villas, the bars are more centrally located on the Jewel and Jade, whereas the Pearl and Gem have very similar deck plans with a slight differences of the courtyard villas compared to the Jewel and Jade.
