Pool time in the Baltic????

We are 5 families going on a cruise on the Norwegian Jewel in June. We are doing the Baltic Capitals and this is a very port intensive cruise. However, we have 10 children with us. They want to know if it will be warm enough to swim on this cruise or if the pools are heated. Can anyone put our little ones minds to rest?

We will also be in the Baltic Sea in June on Hal Eurodam. It seems the normal high temperatures are 60 to maybe 70 degrees but naturally it could be warmer/cooler.

The kids are going to swim in the ship pools regardless, so plan on it. We've seen kids swimming, on previous cruises, whose lips were blue from the cold, who were having a blast!

I've done Baltic cruises 4 times and with the exception of one cruise where the temps were in the 80's, every other time it was in the high 60's. If the cruise is port intensive, and you all plan on going on tours, it will be too chilly to swim at night. Not all cruise ships have heated pools. Actually, I think most of the mass market line's pools are not heated. You might find a pool in the adults only area that's heated, but usually not the main pool.
