canopy tour closed to non cruise guests

We were in Roatan from NCL Sun last week and had booked a day with victor bodden based on information from this site. Whem we arrived we were met by Victor who put us withhis brother George. They said not to tell the Canopy people we were from the cruise line but to lie and say we were guests of a hotel. It did not matter because the canopy people still refused to allow us to go stating that they only were taking the people who had booked thru the cruise line. we were very upset and dissapointed and felt that Victor had not done his job as we had specified in emails that were wanted to do the canopy tour. Also contrary to all the good things said on this site Victors brother George did not follow any of our requests and just continued to give us the tour he wanted to not what we wanted!
