Yes, the main dining room is open seating at both breakfast and lunch. The hours can vary on sea and port days. Generally speaking it opens for breakfast at 8:00 or 8:30; sorry I can't remember exactly.

Ryndam's Rotterdam (one ship;)) dining room hours for breakfast last month were 8:00 to 9:30 AM
