You can get to the pier about 10:30 -11am. Security will open about 11 and you can be onboard by noon. (just remember it depends on when the cruise from the week before you gets those people off so you can get on- another thing is your cabin may not be ready until 1pm- lots of people drop off their carry-ons but the cabin is not secured until 1pm

We got to the pier around 11:00 and were allowed on the boat by 11:30am. In New Orleans, where the Sensation sails from, the terminal staff were obnoxiously rude. But, once onboard, we were treated like king and queen. Hope you have a great cruise.

We were lucky in NOLA, very nice staff in the terminal... but FTLOG what a wait! We waited in line FOREVER! I think we were there a little before noon... in Tampa, we arrived around 10:30, and we were on the ship, drinks in hand by noon'ish... It was wonderful!
