When you are in a group with a travel agent and there is a price reduction ~ can the travel agent get that price reduction for the group? Example - residency special rate

Yes, they can, for all the normal ones that you can get price drops for.

They can but if you are in a large enough group you should already have an amazing discount

They are still entitled to the drops regardless of the discounts.

It depends. The question is what perks they have already gotten you including OBC. That could change everything.

I just had a group of 45 sail and I checked the prices every day to see if there were any price drops. I was able to catch a few and get them refunds. I would expect the same respect, this is what gets return customers. The world seems to have lost all honesty and I find it vey upsetting. My customers are the most important thing, I would rather see them save $100.00 rather then me make an extra $5.00. Insist that she phone RCCL.
