How to plan your meals?

We'll be cruising on Navigator of the Seas within the next year and we want to try most of ship's dining options. However, we want to try and schedule it so that we eat in Chops, Portofino, or the Dining Room when they are serving items we really like or are interested in. (Eg. We don't want to make reservations for Chops the night they are serving lobster in the Dining Room :D ).

Are seven days of menus made available to passengers at the start of the cruise?

If I look at some of the more recently posted menus for NoS, would they be a good indication of what the menus would be like on my cruise or do they change too frequently to be a good indicater?

Do Chops and Portofino's menu change on a daily basis?

Thanks in advance.
