Question about OBC

Hello all,

 

I have searched the threads to see if I could find an answer before asking this question because I know it gets fruatrting to see the same questions asked over and over, but I did not find the answer. So here goes,

 

I have applied funship dollars for on board credit. I received my confirmation email stating that it was applied for on board credit. Now where do I go to check if it was applied? I logged into my account on Carnival.com and checked everywhere but I do not see it and I just want to make sure I did not miss anything.

As best I recall... after logging in to your reservation, on left side, go to Manage Bookings, Modify Booking, scroll down to the bottom.

I have found that it is hit or miss when looking at this - sometimes it's there (I just printed it when I found it!) and sometimes it's not?!?

I did the same thing. My OBC showed up on the last page of My E Documents in the Payment Summary Section.

My Shareholder OBC is showing as $0 in the Modify Booking section, but it shows on page 6 of My Documents (electronic).
