Scubagirrl,

Could you give us some details regarding Junkanoo, Dec. 26th.

In relation to the port, where would be the best place to observe and what time? Do you need tickets for the bleachers? Or could you just stand somewhere there are no bleachers? Are their street vendors serving food/drinks?

Thanks!

Couldn't tell you the best spot.. I haven't been there in years as a spectator.

There are places along the routh on Bay Street that don't have bleachers.. but they are 40 ppl deep. Any upstairs venue would cost an arm and a leg for viewing space.

The crowds are part of the fun..

Festivities should be up and running by 2am.. and run until early morning daylight.

Bleacher seats are available for purchase. There's a website that shows up around November. Keep an eye out.
