Changing name on reservation

My boss told me that once the reservation was made for the inaugural cruise, there was no way you could substitute another pax name. Is this true? I find it very hard to believe.

I do remember something like that. I found it odd when i first heard that. Also the inagural deposit is non refundable.

You can not change the primary C&A guest. It was done to prevent a C&A couple from booking two rooms during the pre-sale only to move into one and give the other to a friend or people booking only to privately sell once the ship sells out. I think you can freely change any guest name as long as that primary C&A name does not.
