Panama canal HAL pricing

I don't feel there is any difference in the direction of the transit. The most important items to me are the ease of getting to your departure port and what kind of flight/connections etc. you have when you disembark. The ports of call maybe slightly different depending on the direction of travel as well. While you might be able to find a Canal cruise at almost anytime of the year, in the spring, most cruises are from the east coast to the west coast and the reverse is true in the fall.

It's a great cruise either way!

I was sondering the same thing about the prices. I am considering the Dec. 23rd sailing. Should I book now or wait and see if the prices come down a bit? Anyone know of a way to get an outside or even a balcony for little more than an inside?

To those in the know, what are the can't miss things to see and do on the round trip from Ft. Lauderdale?
