Any car rental company that gives you a free ride from airport to cruise dock?

We will be returning a rental car in Tampa and think the airport could be the only place where we can return it to. Is there a car rental company that would offer you a free shuttle ride from the airport to the cruise dock? Last summer when we returned from a cruise, we noticed there was a car rental company booth in the cruise dock area, but I can't remember who it was. Wonder if we could get a free shuttle ride from the dock to the airport if we were to (or supposed to ) rent a car from the airport location. Any suggestions? We took a taxi last summer to and from the airport to the dock, but since then, I have heard some people manage to get free rides from car rental companies, depending what city it is in and how you work this out??!!

We cruised out of Tampa last year and rented from Avis pre-cruise. They provided us with a ride to the port and picked us up after the cruise. Only cost was to tip the driver, a very nice older lady who provides the transportation.
