Another E Docs Question

We are going on a back to back cruise on the Norwegian Jade in May (5 night Irish Escape + 2 night weekend break to Guernsey). Both cruises were booked together and paid at the same time. I have done the online check in for both. Initially we were in GTY status for both cruises, but I noticed yesterday that we now have a room assignment for the 5 night cruise. The 2 nighter is still in GTY status (different category). For the 5 night cruise, I can print off my E Docs, but for the 2 night cruise, they still show as pending. The 60 day mark would have been 30th March so that can' t be the reason. Is the availability of E Docs linked to the room assignment so that they are not available while the reservation is still in GTY status or should I be worried that the travel agent somehow managed to mess up the payment for this one?
