What to do in Tampa, Fl?

We will be in Tampa in Feb 2010 waiting to depart on the Carnival Legend. Can anyone tell me what there may be to do? Anything that maybe is a must see or do? We will be there about 2 1/2 days before we sail. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated.

You can shop, go to Channelside, Ybor City, beach, fish, movies, comedy club, aquarium, and a little place called Busch Gardens.

Also, if you here on the right weekend in February, you can take in the Gasperilla parade. (Like Mardi Gras)
