Quilty#1 Posted June 15, 2017 #27 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Just got back from an Alaskan cruise! What a great time we had. We were walking along the streets of Ketchikan and we noticed most of the shopping were directly related to the cruise lines. My dear hubby says " do you want to walk on some other streets? Maybe you'll find a quilt shop"! Be still my heart! Well, we did and I found the cutest Quilt shop ever. Whale Tales. I bought me a small panel for a table runner that just can't wait to start on! There's another one in Anchorage called The Raven Quilt Shop that was very nice also. Lots of Alaska themed prints and kits!

ksjayhawks Posted June 27, 2017 #29 Share Posted June 27, 2017 Went to two quilt shops on our trip. One in Skagway and one in Ketchican. Can't remember the names, will look on the receipts, as of course I bought material! Didn't have time to go to the one in Juneau. I did get the row by row patterns.
