Carnival Triumph Indoor Cycling

Hey I have a question if some of you have cruised this ship or with Carnival before...I'm a pretty avid indoor cyclist and I take classes 5 or 6 times a week. I thought I was going to miss my classes for the week of my cruise (5/17), but I was pretty jazzed to find out that there are indoor cycling classes on board.

 

Does anyone know...Do these cost extra? Is there a schedule distributed for them at the start of the cruise and do you have to sign up or something? Is the equipment extremely limited so there's only like 3 bikes or something?

 

Just curious as I'll be trying to keep up my routine and burn off all that buffet food as much as possible!

i did notice several biking machines in use..but, i did see any

rolling class s be conducted..on our recent NCL cruise though they

did offer it..

I took the Spin class on the Triumph back in Feb. If I recall correctly, it was $10 per session. There were about 10 - 12 bikes in the Spin room. It was a decent workout. You can sign up at any time, you just speak to the receptionist at the desk in the Spa.
