"resort" or discovery dives in Belize

My family will be in Belize in July on the Legend and I was wondering if anyone has any experiences to share about dive operators that offer "resort" dives in Belize? My 13 yo son wants to dive and I thought Belize would be a good introduction to the underwater world.

He has snorkeled in the Caymans (stingray city, eden rock), tortola,st john's( trunk bay), st thomas (sapphire beach) so I am sure he will enjoy the experience if it is avaialable. Any dive operator feedback that offers this package is welcomed.
