I recall reading a review some time back where someone said they purchased Retin A in Grand Cayman.

 

Does anyone have any information on this?

Actually I went back to the poster who had mentioned purchasing Retin A in Grand Cayman. He said definatelly "yes." And that it was a few bucks cheaper than Cozumel. He said you have to ask. So that's what I'll do----nothing to lose.
