Tour Info/Sign-up Spreadsheet in Google?

Have you put together spreadsheets for your roll call showing various tours that roll call members are coordinating for the group? If so, could I see a sample of how yours looked?

 

For our Eqypt and Aegean Roll call, we have several putting together groups and it's confusing to go back thru pages of our thread, find whos doing what, etc.

 

I know I've seen spreadsheets done before but can't find it now. Would just like to see some samples if you don't mind sharing your work.
