Juneau whales and glacier question

Suprisingly, we can still get in on an Orca whale watching trip at 3:30 in Juneau. The question is ... will we have time after that to get out to Mendenhall Glacier before we need to be back on board? We arrive in Juneau at 2:30pm and leave at 10:30pm. Do those blue busses stop heading out to the glacier at a certain time? Thanks for your help!

Who are you doing the late whale trip? We are on a Holland Volendam in August and arriving in Juneau at the same time.

We booked a whale tour with Harv and Marv and they mentioned that the last shuttle from Mendenhall leaves around 5:30. She also mentioned that there isn't a place to eat there. Something else to possibly keep in mind.
