Hi Pat: Just got off of the Coral last Sunday and had D708. Now that is on the port side where D707 is on the Starboard but it is basically the samr room. The balcony is covered and is in a wonderful location. Also go back to the end of the hallway aft and there is a door that opens up to a small balcony and you can view from there. the laundry is also in the vicinity. I would book those rooms again in a heartbeat.

No not on the covered balconies but they can on the uncovered. I frankly have had those too and it really does not bother me at all.
