We will be cruising on the DREAM from jan 23 - jan 30 2005. One of our party will celebrate her birthday. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it a special day for her? (our mother will turn 73)

Is it possible to have the stateroom decorated? Special dinner? Gift suggestions onboard?

Yes to all of the above.

 

If you visit NCL's website, they have several packages that can be purchased (including decorating the cabin). I would also make reservations in Le Bistro and make sure the maitre'd knows of the special event. It will be a memorable evening :)
