Cozumel...Biking?

My wife would like to do some bike riding in Cozumel, but our ship (Fascination) arrives 12 noon EST, or 11am Cozumel time. All the shore excrsions that we have looked into that include bike riding start before we would be able to get off the ship.

Are there bike rental places on the pier? Has anyone experience the bike trails in Cozumel?

Appreciate any advice or links.
