Yes to both questions. They still do have laundry service..only they do it.

 

If you watch your daily newsletter, you'll find an offer to do a laundry bag-ful of laundry for one price (when I was last on the Jewel it was $25). Laundry stuffed in the bag (and they hold quite a lot!) and out of your cabin by 10 a.m. will be back by 6 p.m. the next day, washed, folded, ironed (if appropriate), on hangers (if appropriate). Not a bad deal. I don't go on vacation to do laundry, nor do I like having wet clothes hanging over chairtops in my room! :)
