Help. Awhile ago you posted driving trips up and down the coast. Not being from around here, I have no idea what is what. Do you have any that go from around Hollywood to Rendondo Beach? Thanks

Then, you can continue down Nelson Way (Ocean Park) and connect to the start of this tour from Marina Del Ray to Redondo Beach

That's just what I was looking for I have to get my Garmin and maps out.

How long about should it take to do both tours. I know traffic and stops so a guestamate would be fine. You are the best.

It totally depends on what days of the week you are thinking about...

Each day will have totally different traffic flows and times.;)

It would be a Tuesday starting around 10:30am.

Tuesday at about 10:30 AM is great. Won't be a big traffic day.

If you race through, you can probably start at Hollywood point, and get down to Redondo Beach in 2 hours at that time.

 

If you really take your time to stop, get out, see things you could make a nice leisurely 8 hour day out of it.

 

So, given those parameters, you can speed up or slow down as you need.

I'd highly recommend planning to stop at the Gladstone's on the corner of Sunset Blvd. and Pacific Coast Highway near the end of the first part for late lunch or early dinner.
