In the past, you charge to your seapass, just like anything else on the ship. If you win you will get a receipt to take to the guest relations desk and they can give you the cash that you won.

The cruises take cash or sea pass either way... I found that if the ship is near the end of its leg the bingo played then is much better.

To purchase a bingo card (and everything else on the ship) you must use your Seapass. However, you can choose to pay your Seapass account with a credit card.

I've not been on a cruise where you paid cash to play bingo. The charge to play has always been put on your sea pass card.

Holland America takes cash or sea pass card. Prizes are bigger near the end of the cruise, but there are more players, so less chance to win.
